The right supplement for your horse, without the guesswork.
How do you stand out in a crowded market, when buyers can't quickly tell your products apart or feel sure which one is right? Pegasus Health had genuine heritage, but a previous name change had diluted its credentials, and its new owner, the equine feed specialists Keyflow, wanted the original name reinstated and the brand rebuilt as a dependable market leader. In a cluttered sector that meant doing two things at once, helping customers find and choose with confidence while keeping every label fully compliant with legislative and accessibility requirements, all as the range was set to expand behind an ambitious plan to grow turnover tenfold.
Because the range was built to grow, the architecture had to come first. We started with a competitor analysis and a full audit of the range and the website, so the whole customer journey pulled in one direction, then shaped the range around the way customers actually choose, segmented into seven colour-coded categories, with a product lozenge and benefit icons that set each one apart so the right choice can be made at a glance. We reworked the back-of-pack copy and turned dosage into clear infographics, so buyers can see they've matched the product to their horse.
The look came last, with a heritage-inspired roundel and a refreshed winged-horse identity that puts the 'Health' back into Pegasus Health and rebuilds trust in the name. A simple label content system with easy-to-update templates keeps every change quick, cheap and compliant as the range expands, the same approach we built at larger scale for Chevron's global label management.

"Working with the B&G team was brilliantly straight forward, as they totally understood the brand challenges and what we were trying to achieve. The new range looks great, products are clearly differentiated and dosage is easy to follow. What more could we ask for!"
