The challenge

Chevron is a global leader in the lubricants industry and recognisable across the globe. Having launched a rebrand of Havoline engine oil in the US, they enlisted our help to take a suite of creative assets and interpret them into a complete design solution for marketing material, that could be used across all European markets, European products and customer touchpoints.

The solution

We created a design system that worked across all collateral, from literature to POS, promotions to service items, whilst reflecting the global packaging rebrand. With a more complex product tiering system than the US equivalent, it was important that all messaging and visual communication clearly differentiated product USPs, for consumers and trade alike. With a single European launch date, we were responsible for ensuring the simultaneous delivery of the full suite of launch material in 19 languages.
